MANAGEMENT
Sea Island Teamworks was founded, and is managed, by Bianca Miller, who has over 35 years’ combined experience in treasury, risk, and electronics payments management in several industries such as banking, energy, hospitality, and technology. She has worked in treasury and risk management positions at Bank of America, Citicorp/Citibank, Tosco (Conoco Phillips Petroleum), Hilton Hotels Corporation, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. (Marriott), Computer Sciences Corporation, and Yahoo! Inc. (Verizon).
Mergers & Acquisitions
Mergers and acquisitions can bring a unique set of risk management challenges. Risk management at acquired or merged companies may be managed in a manner different from the acquiring company since risk tolerance varies amongst differing businesses even within the same industry.
